Print products & Bespoke sportswear are only printed after artwork is sign off by the clients. We can not except errors missed by the customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to check ALL proof carefully before signing them off for production. We will only accept returns in the event of a manufacturing error. Refunds for manufacturing errors will be action as soon as possible, normally within 7-10 working days.
